Delivery Across Ukraine

The NEXO online store delivers orders throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta. Alternative delivery methods may also be arranged upon request.
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation by our manager. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the customer receives a tracking number to monitor the shipment status.
Delivery costs are calculated according to the carrier’s rates and depend on the weight, dimensions, and declared value of the shipment. Delivery charges are paid separately by the customer unless otherwise specified in the order terms.
Upon receiving your order, we recommend checking the package contents, the condition of the packaging, and the absence of any visible damage directly at the carrier’s branch. If any damage is detected, an official report should be completed together with a representative of the delivery service.
By signing the delivery documents, the customer confirms that the order has been received in good condition and with all items included.
